Wide Ratio and B&M Vs Trans Go

I don't see the wide ratio gears for the AOD on summit anymore. Where else can I get one?

How are B&M Shift kits compared to trans go?

I found one from Team Ford. He said he can get two. I am buying one of them already. Good price too.

I don't see how they can do this to something so popular.

If you are going to source parts, a new source has arrisen. The 04up 5.4L F series were equiped with a 4R75W. All parts are the samish...IE they will transfer just like a 4R70W, but the 75 means 50ft*lbs more torque rating. A stronger planetary is basicaly it.

Hmm. Although I want to get teh kit for ease of install, and cost. It's gonna cost more to get the thing built if Brian has got to do a bunch of serching and running around to get it built. And I'm not building a monster, so I'm not really that worried about any more strength. If I couldn't blow the planetary out of the 87 in the milage (and abuse) I put on it, I'm not worried about it.

I guess if worst came to worst, we could always get a listing of exactly what is in the kit, and buy the parts seperate. I'm sure they still make the stuff since there are tons of 4R70W transmissions in service.

Well, my price was way off...too much. The team ford price is really good. Doesn't seem to be a dead PN at ford either.
