    seats?

is it possible to swap the front seats in a 99 cvpi to something other than stock without going aftermarket? maybe mustang seats or something of the likes? these seats are about as supportive as [insert bra/tit analogy here].

Sure, you can use whatever you like. Might have to do a little fooling with it to get something to bolt straight in. Usually folks with non-stock seats make adapters out of angle iron or flat stock or something depending on the seat and application.

I installed my Neon SXT seats by ripping them off the original manual Dodge sliders, bolting them to some 3/16 flat bars, and then bolting those to the original Lincoln power sliders - it was easy and it worked out good.

I put Eclipse seats in my 97. much more supportive than the factory seats. Just had to weld tabs onto the seat frame to reach the bolts in the floor.

in the 85 i put in a Full race seat. use some 2x4" aluminum box tubing cut into (2) 90deg pieces, and drilled a few holes.
