Hi everyone. I've had my Grand Marquis for about a year now, and I love it. Never thought I would coming from the turbo import scene, but hey, you work with what you got. Year is 87. Only has rust on the trunk skin and bottom of the driver's and pass. doors. (inside part only, like no one ever cleaned out the drain holes) Paints gone to shit. Engine was replaced by dealership in 88 due to rod knock. 3rd owner. 130k. Only mods are lack of smog shit and headers into a 2 1/2" h-pipe into flows w/turndowns @ the axle. Only codes are EGR related...I need to get that fixed. Interior is great, including the blue dash pad. Vinyl top has about 100 1/2" cracks in it from a hailstorm. thats about it. Hope to get a lot of info from this forum.

1986 lincoln towncar signature series. 5.0 HO with thumper performance ported e7 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, warm air intake, 65mm throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, ported intakes, 3.73 rear with trac lock, 98-02 front brake conversion, 92-97 rear disc conversion, 1" rear swaybar, 1 3/16" front swaybar, 16" wheels and tires, loud ass stereo system, badass cb, best time to date 15.94 at 87 mph. lots of mods in the works 221.8 rwhp 278 rwt

Posting pics is really easy. Do you have a digital camera that you can upload the pics onto your computer? If yes, then get sign up for an account at www.photobucket.com. Its free. When you have the account where it says upload new images click browse and find the picture. Then it will be uploaded on the internet. you take the address of the pic and type [img]address of picture[/img] in your post and the picture will show up.
