I took these pics when I was in jessup at the other crazy rays to find a couple of things for 83countrysquire he wants to do a towncar rear seat conversion to have the center are rest here are some pics

would the mount holes be in the same spot for crown victoria and grand marquis?

Town Car seats fit in a CV/GM, yes.

Crown Vics and Grand Marquis' had center armrests too. Those may be easier to locate.

Rear seat mounts look the same as what's in my '85 CV:
