it was about this far away from D-day last year that I decided to re-do my trunk, rear deck, sail panels, and to tear apart the interior to run new wiring.
I think finishing that up kept me from packing/preparing in advance... the night before I left I was rummaging through box after box of stuff trying to decide what to bring. 2am and I havent even started packing clothes or loading the car... lol

I guess this year Ill start going though boxes now and get the car loaded up the night before :D

this is half the car stuff I was going through... there was more in my bedroom, not including what i carry around in the trunk.

Yet another reason why having such a large trunk is so important.

I'll be soldering in a new ECU connector tomorrow. And will continue to detail the hell out of the Vic. I've got two of the wheels almost done, and the trunk. I still have to detail the door jars, engine bay, other two wheels/lug nuts/center caps, and the interior. I also have to do my full wash and wax as well.

I'll vacuum the interior and wash the wheels, and give it a quickie bath to get the bugs off the front but thats about it. The paint and top on my car is so horribly dead that I refuse to spend any real amount of time cleaning it. Its just not worth it, and benifits not at all from the time and effort spent. The interior, OTOH, does shine nicely if I put a bit of work into it. If my LEDs show up, I might swap a few of them over to blue, probably in the guages and whatever is easy to access but I dont know if I feel motivated enough to pop the whole cluster out.
