NHRA Division 2 Finals from Cecil, Georgia

Got back from the NHRA Division 2 finals. They were held in Cecil, Georgia this year. The track was the absolute best track that I've ever raced on. All concrete track that was built about 2 years ago.

There are a bunch of pictures of cars, track, Team Moroso pits, ect. My car is the blue Grand Marquis with the hood scoop. It towards the bottom.

    Enjoy.

Gotta love good bracket racers.... Nice slim margin of victory/loss.

I have heard nothing but good things about Cecil, most notably how well the track hooks. I havent raced there yet, but have been on the grounds twice.
Rumor is Commerce will eventually be sold and all the NHRA stuff will move to Cecil.

I wouldnt be supprised. From what I've been told, alot of pro stock teams have stopped going to bradenton for testing because SGMP is just as good, if not better, and its about 6 hours closser.

Is Cecil the one just north of the Fl/Ga border?

Dark, he did not loose by .002 he broke out by .002. meaning he went .002 seconds faster than he said he would. From what i remember he is running a carb'd 347 pushing about 450hp, with a race weight of around 3400.

What kinda suspension you got in it?

What you said is correct. Everything is stock on my suspension except for comp engineering shocks on all corners & an anti-roll bar.
