Ummm...why would you want to switch to a carburetor when you've already got EFI? Wouldn't it work better to change the management system on the EFI system that's already there? That ought to work better than a carburetor.

You take a motor that is designed for higher RPM and stick a 750DP carb on it. You get a bad ass motor that screams.

I just don't understand why you couldn't do that with EFI as well. Is there some really basic concept I'm missing here?

And don't get the idea that I don't like carburetors. I'm just trying to understand the logic here.

Did you look at the products? 1000CFM throttle body for the "carb" intake, and an adaptor to mount the stock style TB's on the carb intake. Also those intakes all had bosses to mount injectors. Just gives you options....

there are easier ways to waste your money than that. perhaps this is an easier way to get rid of that unwanted money...

One of the best mags ever. I prefer Hot Rod because it also includes other makers. When I'm reading about cars I'll never afford, it's all about how it's done; brand doesn't matter.
