    Wagon wheels...

I was just looking thru my '88 GMQ brochure, and came to the Colony Park....it mentions some special things about the wagons, heavier frame, wider wheels an somethin else I forget. Wider wheels eh? Someone needs to measure theirs to see if this is true...probably only 15x7, but still....I never knew this!

I doubt they're 15x7 since cop rims are only 15x6.5. But, hey, who knows?

Well, my dad's '96 CVPI has 15x6.5 rims. Who knows...maybe the 7 inchers were an option.

Hell yeah, any extra width in a stock apperance helps.

So am I to understand that the 15" cop rims were 7 inches wide in '97?

I think what the factory literature is saying is that the Wagons got the wider wheels standard. These same wheels were available on sedans, but they just had a skinnier/smaller one standard. A 6.5in wide rim is the widest stock wheel on a Box I beleive.

I can check mine, but I'm pretty sure that they are 6.5" wide.

Wagons have a bunch of neat stuff. The HD control arms, hollow front swaybar, great wieght distribution, and optional woodgrain!
