Does anyone know what gears my 81 LTD has? The axle code is Y. The tag on the rear diff is missing.

Thanks! I was hoping for 3.27's but fearing it might be a 2.79. So I can happily live with 3.08 gears until I pick up the 3.55 rear this summer.

The 3:55's are a great mod, they deffently make the car feel fast lol

I'll lose a little top end speed with the 3.55's. But it will sure get the car off the line quicker.
