Interior Temperature Sensor. Not sure how it comes out on a Grand Marq, but on a Townie, remove the dash top, and its held in with 2 screws. Very simple to change.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

Quick question - does the box interior air temperature sensor also use a small hose which forces air from the evaporator housing through the sensor?
The 95+ sensors do, as to creat a venturi effect to suck in the cabin air to prevent stagnant/inaccurate temp readings. Just curious if previous panther applications did as well.-My Homepage, Panther info & FAQs-

Yes, usually a white or black plastic hose, looks something like split loom tube.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
