find the pressure test port, it will look like a tire valve stem stcking out of a fuel line. Just press the valve like you are checking the air in a tire and it will spit out a little fuel

depressure the fuel system?! bah dont be a pussy!
just turn teh key off. shove the tool in the line, turn your head away, close your eyes and remove the line, there pressure's gone.
removing the pressure is too slow whey they only pay .2 hours for most fuel filters now.

Smack the intertia cutout while the motor is running. It will de-pressurize real quick. Pulling the fuel pump relay while its running also will do the same thing. Should be in the power box under the hood.

Yeah and then let the car run until it dies. Cause the engine will get no gas and cut out. And depressurize the system.

actually i looked at it yesterday at werk, and it's .5. but hell, you can get it done in like, 3 minutes or less without bothering to depressurize (cept on fucking explorers/mountaineers/aviators where they have like 4 covers over them.
ack, must get claritin, sinuses going nutzoid

Nope.
2006s also lack the EFI schrader valve test port....
Just turn the car off and let sit for about an hour or more. Most of the pressure will be gone, have a catchcan for all the extra gas that pours out.
