    Headliner....

    Headliner is in....

Of course.. it was FUN putting it back in by myself... (Try holding the headliner up with your head, while balancing on the center hump, and trying to start a screw while doing the balancing act!!! ) Also waiting on the sunvisors to come back from being recovered... Should be about Thursday or so....
And then, after I got it in... the friggen ticket light wouldn't work! (It worked BEFORE I put the headliner in... yes, I pre checked it!) The interior light, and the two map lights on either side worked.. so I know the circuit is good and no blown fuses... So I had to pull the edge down, pull the wiring out, and check everything... with the meter.... Had power EVERYWHERE.. so I check the bulb... turns out, the little solder "blob" on the end of the bulb is flat... so it wasn't touching the center contact!!!
    ARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!!

Hour checking everything... So I didn't get a chance to put all the trim around the edges in.... I took the picture right before it got dark... Oh, well, it all works now!!! Had to go inside before the local mosquitos air corps showed up and carried me off!!!

Sidenote... The sun flaps are done, have to go get them tommorow....

        Headliner....

Yes.. usually you take it out the passenger front door... (So you don't have to deal with the steering wheel in the way!) You have to drop it down, and as you come out the door turn it so the front edge is coming out the door first... have to be real careful, and don't bend the headliner board too much, they will crack and break... it is alot easier with the seats out, so you have more room... thats why I did mine while the front seats are out...

Got the sun visors back today.. they came out GREAT! Hope fully I can get the interior back in this weekend... So I will wait on any other updates till I get it in... Here are the sun visors.. I put the trim piece on top to show how close he came to the original color...

Have to clean the chrome up now on the mount... then get them installed!
