my reinhart chip is cool but it seems that my car runs to rich, doesn't trip any codes tho. I wonder if I can lean it out some with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I hooked the vacuum pump up to the regulator and gave it vacuum it would have at low idle and held the rpms up with no knocking and it didn't smell rich. (course I didn't have load on the engine) Might be able to squeeze a couple more mpg and hp out of her with an adjustable regulator.

try giving him a call and see if he can double check the specs to see if it could be running lean on ya.

short of a dyno or picking up one of those fancy little engine spec readers, i don't how else you could tell.

he should offer you a free reburn, if it is running kinda funky.

          good luck!

When I first got it it was running lean, half way through PA my CEL came on. Had autozone scan it and they showed it as bank 1 and 2 lean. Dennis forgot to burn the chip for my Marauder MAF. Can I have the car dyno tuned with the chip?

certain dyno shops are sometimes sponsored by certain chip making companies. for example, there are many superchips (sct) dynos around that can dyno your car and input the 'perfect' tune for your car.

i do believe dennis has similar dyno shops(maybe just one though, his?), but i don't know where or how many. you should contact him and see what he's got around.

at the very least you deserve a free reburn.

              good luck!

from the looks of his new sig. he is definitely an sct dealer. so you will need to find an sct dyno.
