What years 140mph speedo cluster will fit in a '92 Grand Marquis? Is it even possible to swap?

I think a 91-95 will work, just requires some special little mod to work..1983 Grand Marquis 2Dr Sedan "Mercules"

91 CV Police (it's 140 mph max indicated, right?)
With some work.
If you had a 95+ GMQ, all you would need is a 95-02 CVPI speedo head
