Around here there's a vo-tech facility of some sort with a dyno, or so I'm told. Heard about it from a grocery store bagger who noticed the wagon (only time I've personally had someone walk my groceries out to the car, too). Might be something to keep your eyes/ears peeled for in your area.

A lot of tuning shops have them. Need to look for auto performance shops and see what the ads say, and do some calling around.
