air bag beeper and high beams

where do i need to start looking to find the cause of my annoying beeper. the air bag light on the dash never comes on so i'm kinda lost.
also the high beams don't come on. when i turn on the the head lights the lows work fine, when i hit the highs the lows stay on, the light on the dash lights up but nothing else happens.
by the way its a 96 crown vic.
    thanks

Have they ever worked ? I only ask coz some old cop cars have wiring nightmares in store for new owners.

Try swapping the relay under the hood PASSANGER side fuse box. Swap it out for any of the four that are known good.

Was it a cop car? When I had my 1999 I had nick in the wires from the wig wag unit. It was simple just had to replace the crimp connectors.
