    groaning sound in the front-end

While driving the '93, I've noticed a groaning sound at slow speeds when braking or going over a speed-bump in a parking lot. Tired front-end parts?

Possible control arm bushings..Or sway bar bushings.

    Got any more info ?

Those aren't the only possibilities, Just what I would look for on my car given your description.

Thanks for your suggestions Rizzo. The parts you mentioned are most likely original...The '93 just rolled over 137K & I'm the 2nd owner.

Check your ball joints, 137k on originals is probably due for replacement.
