heater blowing warm all the time

Hi, my '96 GM has the ETACS control panel for the heating/a/c and the problem is that it's always blowing warm, when I alter the settings between vent and floor etc I can hear all the mechanisms operating but still gives warm air. System has been regassed. Also altering the temp controller does nothing at all JUST WARM AIR !! Any ideas ?

Can't take it to Lincoln Mercury dealer as there aren't any over here in England !!

Have you checked the coolant in the AC system. It may need to be recharged. Is it a R-134 car?

Sounds like the blend door actuator. Try this:

That should tell you if there is a problem with the system.
