this is the number i took off of an aluminum crossover intake i pulled from the yard. what is it? is it a PI or npi?

it came off of a lincoln town car executive series. the door tag said 02/09 while the tenth digit in the VIN was a 1.........im confused as to what ive got

It is a 2003 and up intake manifold. However, it can bolt on to the 97 TC mentioned but requires drilling and tapping into the water jacket for the other sensor on the left front.
