Was driving my friends 98 GM tonight and the trunk ajar light kept flashing and their was beeping.The problem is it doen't do it all the time.The trunk was shut tight so thats not the problem.It has been going on for months.Went on a 60 mile round trip and on the way back everything was quiet.
Anything to look for or is this car going to have to go to the stealership to be be fixed.I'm afraid since it only does it when it wants to it might be a problem.
