    Squeeking belt !!

Ok I replaced the tensioner and the belt. But ever since my trans line exploded and got fluid all over my engine, my damn belt just keeps squeeking!! and it's really pissing me off.
I tried unplugging the a/c pump, because when I turn on the heat the belt goes freakin nuts.

Any ideas as to what it could be ??????

Did you clean the fluid off the pulleys when you replaced the belt? If not, the new belt probably got covered in ATF too. Better take it off and clean it real well, and then clean all the pulleys really thoroughly as well.

Goes freakin' nuts when you turn on the heat, or turn on the defroster?

A/C clutch going bad? Mine started squeeking before it crapped out. I'd really clean out the front of the engine after that ATF got all over. ATF can really ruin compnents on the front of the motor. Use some PB Blaster or WD-40 and make sure the bearing on all the pulleys are well oiled.

Putting any type of load on it will make the belt squeal, WD-40 would be the best thing to use on the pulleys if you don't have access to a pressure washer.
