Decode a Panther ( Grand Marquis LS )
I don't know where to go with this so here it is. Is there a site I can go to so I can decode the sticker located in the ( I think ) door jam. So much confusion with Premium, Ultimate, Limited etc. I am also having a terrible time finding out if a car has the Handling and Performance Pkg. in the 04-06 models. When you see one on the internet it's hard to tell if there is dual exhaust which on the 04-06 models seems to be the only way to tell. The sales poeple never have a clue! I want to get the right one for me but I don't want to drive 250 miles to find out the sales person was just blowing smoke. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My VIN starts 2FAFP71 , P71 means it's a cop car. So look at the VIN's of cars your are interested in .
