Hate to break into this thread, but can't start a new post.........?
How seat belts are in the front on a tudor '86 GM?.........I see two clasps on the passenger seat but no third belt??

should be a center lap belt that comes from the driver side. it may be folded up neatly under the armrest or fallen down between the seats.

If not one of the above, maybe it got cut and taken out.. If you need one, let us know what color. Maybe someone here has an extra.
