    Made some fender flares

    we have been making a set of fender flares for my brothers thunder bird. They are 1" flares they are made of all steel.

    Holy crap! Did you bead weld that whole seem? Most times I've ever seen sheet metal welds it's spot welded every 2-3 inches or so, because the metal warps.

      i welded it all the way but only about 1/4"-1/2" at a time.

          ,aking them only took about 2 hours, getting it preped for paint will take a few more.

          BTW this was done with tin snips, a cut off wheel, a hammer and a harbor freight welder.
