gaskets: upper plenum to lower, plenum to EGR, EGR to throttle body, and if you feel like it you could replace the gasket for the iac but if it's good then it's good

you need to swap the arms on the throttle bodies and bore the stock lopo EGR spacer to 63mm.

Alright, I have an HO EGR already that came with the new intake. I guess I'll get that glass beaded and contact scott at some point to weld up the throttle body arms.

Hmm that makes sense. So I just have to bore mine out. Ill just scavenge another and take it to the local machine shop, or maybe one of the auto kids can manage it without fudging it up.

You can use mustang egr or egr delete just have to modify the throttle cable bracket. I have a mustang egr delete on mine only took about 30 min to modify. But since it seems you dont have a welder stick with the stock one and get it bored.
