97 Gmq ls sags to one side

I have the air suspension on my 97, i was wondering what i would need to convert it to coils or stop it from sagging? Honestly though, id prefer to have the airbags gone because i've heard there problems if you want to slide your car the odd time. It sags one to one side and id like to correct it eventuly

Sounds like a leaking air-spring. The rubber degrades faster in areas that use salt on the roads each winter. The height sensor may also need to be adjusted. I'm not 100% sure where it's located but a shop manual might be of assistance.

You remove the air springs and install coils. Its a pop and swap procedure, though personally I really like the air springs and would replace them if they're bad. If its not sinking overnight, you don't need air springs. There is only one height sensor in the back though, so if you have the car loaded more on one side than the other and then unload it, it may trim out crooked. Jack up the side thats high until it starts to vent, then release the jack when it starts to purge. It should level itself out. The air springs last a good 10-15 years, and they aren't a safety concern. A pair of new should run you under 200 bucks.
