Headlamp buzzing
My dad's 01 Town Car is making a buzzing while the headlamps are on. It doesnt do it while the car is off, only when the car is on. Any ideas?

I am just going to go out on a limb here and see if you can tell if it is coming from your LCM. The chime is inside it for the door ajar and such so if you can see if it is coming from there at least you would know where it is coming from but I couldn't tell why if it is coming from there.Comment

is it a buzzing sound or more like a clicking buzz sound? i only ask cause, im not sure if this is related to the early 90's turn signal/dimmer/wipper stock issue.
