    Not much.

    Plugs will foul sooner

The engine will run a little cooler.

not neccessarily, depends on the mods, or calibration, I run a 180 in every vic I have and still have heat in winter, cooler summer operation, and crap that you will have closed loop issues is garbage.

All it has is a freer flowing exhaust and intake...

i wouldnt bother unless you have a very aggressive computer tune with some timing advance.

I find that the Mark runs better and does better on gas with those same mods (Autolite 103, actually). I'm not on the gas too much, better throttle response, and I gained 2 MPG.

most mod motors i've seen have lost mpg swapping colder like that.

Probably because once you notice the extra power, the full-throttling resumes...

The thermostat is fine but the plugs aren't necessary unless you have a different tune. Now if you get a steeda timing adjuster and crank it up then yes. See, 4.6 ain't all that bad. J-mod the tranny

Do you have any experience with the timming adjuster?

I was thinking bout the ASP pulleys and the timing adjuster.

Teh JMod is next on the list
