      For your GMGT?

I'd like to do a 351W project, if I Could find one. Would one have to use the same oil pan/starter from the 302 to fit on the 351? Just a few questions for starters

              Nitro,
The 302 oilpan will NOT fit on the 351w. It looks like it will but it won't.
The 351w has a slightly larger rear main. It will get almost all the way on and then won't pull down the last 1/2- 3/8" in the rear. (got bitten on this one with a chrome mustang pan.)

You will want to get a box 351w oilpan, or one for a 351w in a mustang. (aftermarket)

Pretty much everything else except the intake will interchange.

Not to sound rude, but that is one serious turd of an intake....

Best dual plane for a 351W?
                        Weiand Stealth.
I get nothing but oddly burning plugs when using the Edelbrock performer/RPM....I usually have to run a 2" open carb spacer to get all the plugs to look somewhat similar.

Sounds like a tuning problem. Why would you blame the intake? Turd my ass.
