just a thought...you might want to go with the MSD cap and rotor...IIRC its about 20 bucks cheaper than the FRPP, and it will probably work better

I've had fair luck with Accel and Blue Streak caps, cheaper than the MSD. As long as its got brass contacts, it will work. The Motorcraft ones have aluminum terminals and they erode quickly.
