well i just got a set of chrome valve covers and my old ones are fine but want something to match my air cleaner. These are the original Ford OEM valve covers.
they were peeling of original paint so i repainted them after sanding all the old paint off. The paint is Dupli Color Metalcast Series(There Heat Resistant Paint). 3 coats of ground coat metalcast and then 3 coats of Metalcast Smoke for an anodized metallic look.
may need a little bit of a touch up since i had oil leaking from the passenger side where the oil breather hose attaches to the grommet so there is very little paint gone in that section. Otherwise there in good shape. Asking $25 for one and $50 for both. i will throw in the Dupli-Color Metalcast Smoke Spray paint and Metalcast ground coat spray paint. Both have a good amount of in the cans if you buy both. Should fit all Panther 302 Small block Windsors.
