No idea what the idea is with this, other than that this dealer specializes in musclecars and other "collectible" vehicles. Possibly it's intended for some sort of movie or promo use? Looks to me mostly like a good way to get a really interesting traffic citation.

you can get away with having that stuff mounted on a civi car as long as you don't use it on-road and everything has it's own switch and is not activated by on-road electrics. It's not really that big of a deal... though other drivers might not like it when they realize that it's not a cop car on the highway. Would be great to drive in the middle lane just under the speed limit though :p
