    Aero wagon

    http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false

Looks like a pretty professional job, considering it's a Taurus rear body secton.

I be damn. First one I seen. I think it looks funny like that. Not sure if that's something I'd spend 12K on.

not a big problem. If you're customizing something to that degree, its not a big deal to slice the Taurus roof down the middle and add some metal to make it full width.

I've seen this car before. Fairly old, but the only one around. Be a neat collectors car.

This. This car keeps popping up every so often, usually on forums with reported sightings of it driving by.

Would definitely be a neat car to have, and I hope someone takes it in and gives it a good home; but, I definitely think it could've been made to look a little more fluid and factory.

Thought I'd preserve the pics for posterity (attached).

I've seen pics of this or a similar car before. Pretty ugly, but looks really handy too.

I think the best "pro" solution would be to hire one of the coachbuilders that do Cadillac hearses, or possibly a restomod specialist who doesn't mind cutting things up.

I'd expect the very worst part would be getting all the plastic junk to fit once you're done, though possibly that's perfectly easy for someone with half a clue.

I like it. But the price is way out of my range. I'm more of a junk that still moves dealer. One's that I can afford and then do the work on. :smirk:

I would love it for the One-of-a-Kind'ness of the car. I would have to "country squire" it up with some woodgrain and such.
