iv been spending a month trying to find this stuff to do the rear quarter of my wagon. alot of people here that had it, discontinued the product. i had body work done, so i need to replace the vinyl that was removed. also, www.rvinyl.com has the better but, more expensive stuff. but, its a much closer match.

yeah! got the quarter section covered and now driving the car for winter. i got a 20 foot roll of this stuff for around 100bux. its actually nice stuff. it has a more "wood" feel to it too. it is pretty thick material aswell. only thing is, its a touch darker than the origonal stuff on the car. but, it still looks good. the vinyl is made by a company called trim brite. also, 3M is bringing back its line of di-noc vinyl. according to my book, this is the stuff that ford used for the wagons. since the 3M stuff isent fully out yet, its hard to get. there are very limited suppliers.

                Got any pics?

Also how hard is it to put on?

Any tips to help keep it from getting air bubbles and wrinkles?

i will get some pics when i get the car cleaned up a bit. soaking the back side and car with water before putting the vinyl on buys you time. it alows you to move the vinyl around. also, a plastic spreader and heat gun helps avoid air bubbles. its a slow proccess but, worth it IMO. i love the classic woody look.

here is a pic i took before the snow was flyin. you can see its just a shade or two darker than the origonal faded stuff. also, the new vinyl is thicker and easier to work with.

                          Looks really really good.
If it holds up even for a few years, it's still a bargain.
