Looks like a Mark VIII engine, which would explain why the intake faces the wrong way. I fear hacked wiring. At a minimum, the battery must be relocated. If they stuck it in the trunk, that would make life very much easier, but if they hacked the hell out of the other fender to stick it over there, things might be ugly.

the only panther with a 4v is the marauder.

yea, this is a double over head cam, not a single. the mark 8s and cobras only came with the DOHC engine. all panthers, except the rauder had SOHC engines
