    true plug and play for those that don't want to fiddle with wiring. it'll work with fors 86 and up and you can get them for pioneer decks, clarion, kenwoo, alpine etc.

      The radios are pretty much the same, I don't see why it wouldn't work on a car earlier than '86. The only exception is the oddball radio that has scan, and a mess of wires...

      Anyway, thats cool.

        Doesn't work on my car. Common ground system + lame premium sound with amp in the trunk. I had to string all new wires through the car to make it work.
        86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

          I ran all new wire for my new system, too. That was just for 6 1/2" in the doors and 6x9s in back. Nothing special.
