    AOD valve body upgrades

Has anyone found a good reilabe valve body kit for an AOD? Or is there and easy todo upgrade that can be done with the parts you already have like the 4R70W's JMOD.

I saw Lentec on the web before by demised it. I was thinking of using a TransGo kit, I've herd good things about their products and their cheap, plus I like doing things myself. However tell me more about this Lentec, is it something you've used?

Not sure if he is still building them, but Gregg Evans at Factory Tech built the valve body's I have in both my '89 F150 and the '94 E150. He builds torque monster transmissions, mostly for diesel applications as in turbo P/U's. He must be getting old now, but you could try Googling his name or Factory Tech.
