What I would like to see. 6.2 in place of 4.6

2011 6.2 in place of 4.6 I don't know of it can be done? I don't have that new of car or the money. But it was a thought that crossed my mind. Anyone else think this can be done? What say you.

wowowow the raptor engine eh...? that would be beast, kinda big(379) so...I dunno. It'd be awesome to put one the 777 boss' in place of the 4.6 lol nahh in place of the 302. that's more improbable...Talking crazy now...
    I barely post, I observe.

You'd need to figure out how to rip all the electronics out of the truck. It'd probably be simplest to keep the transmission from the truck. It's doable I'm sure, but would probably take some cutting.

I'd not heard of this 6.2L engine. Is it from the Modular family?

          Get with the times, Michael!

Its in the new Super Dutys, and certain F150s (not regular cab short beds, unfortunately).

385ish hp in the SD. 411 hp in the Raptor/ F150 trim.

You can also get the 5.0 in the new F150s.

In my opinion, the 6.2 would not be a worthwhile swap. You can got faster for less money and much less hassle.

If being unique and reliable is your primary objective, I guess it would be a swap to consider, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I'd go with the new 4v 5.0L. More awesome in less space. That's just my opinion.
