Any one know a good place to get a discount on one of these? From other threads I think the Motorcraft part # is YH-409. Anyway to test one?

theres a nos one on ebay pretty cheap

theres something in the manual about testing it. I forget the specifics but its supposed to change vacuum by a certain amount per x number of degrees. In reality, you install it and see if it does stupid things.
