HTML is listed as OFF in the options just below the emots when posting. How do I make that say ON?

i would suggest though, for posts with multiple images from one person that they not go overboard with attaching them. attachments sit on GMN's server and every single time a thread with an attached image is viewed the server has to display the image. its more a bandwidth issue than any.
