    Nice 1980 LTD Wilkes-Barre PA

Local used car dealer has a very nice 1980 LTD on his lot for sale.
Looking in the window it looks like it has 18,000 miles on it.
Didn't see a price on it. The phone number is in the picture.
    It's located near Wilkes-Barre, PA

window paper say 180296 on the odometer. Wear and tear on the exterior looks to corroborate this.

Older cars didn't have a trip odometer, did they? They also have 5 digits, and the tenth on the odometer.

The odometer probably says 18029.6. Which could be 118029.6, etc.

They were closed when I took the pictures. It's a nice car but very plane looking inside, no power windows, not even any woodgrain on the dash.
I'll stop by again to see whats up with it.

            It is only 18,000 miles.
The original owner died and it sat for the last seven years. It has some nicks on the sides, and the left rear wheel molding has a small dent, like if something caught it and pulled it out away from the body in one spot. When they got the car they had to replace the fuel pump and they do have the missing hubcap for it. While I was there they started it up and the motor sounded good. It does have woodgrain on the dash and door panels, just none by the radio.

After I got home it hit me, I forgot to ask what the price is.
I'll find out tomorrow or Friday.

Find out how much this car is, it's only about 12 hours away from me. Granted, the plane ticket out there would probably cost as much as the car, but I'm still rather curious... I've been looking for something wonderfully plain and seemingly unmolested to replace my poor '87 4-door which shall never be fixed and see the light of day again *sob*

I stopped by the dealer three times and the car is out front, but no one was around.
When I find out the price I'll post it on here.

Hmmmm yes, that is a significant sum of money for a non SEFI box. I suppose it could be worth very close to that if it is as nice as it looks. I am still rather quite interested, if you know the name of the car lot, I would like to look them up and give them a call. Thanks for following up with the price btw.

WOW nvm, I just looked at the pics again and saw their name/number in the backround lol.
