White tudor....no body trim on it. Had the same opera window trim as my Crown Victoria which I thought was odd because I always saw mercs with their own opera window trims....

door was rusty or had circular spots of paint gone and same deal with the hood....only had one picture.

There where more LTD tudors made in '79 than any other year since, with just over 96,319 total tudors made that year, out of the total production for that year which was 356,535 cars total. Which is why so many of them still pop up.

There where only 23,611 total LTD tudors made for '80, out of 141,292 total cars for Ford that year, which is why you rarely ever see them. Production numbers got progressively lower every year for the tudor as the years went on, until it's death in '87.

That makes sense as the "personal" 2 door luxury coupe was dying all through the 80s. Many large 2 door cars fell to the wayside during that time.

by the end it was something stupid-low like 5'000.

85 4 door 351 Civi Crown Victoria - Summer daily driver, sleeper in the making, and wildly inappropriate autocross machine
160KMs 600cfm holley, shorty headers, 2.5" catted exhaust, 255/295 tires, cop shocks, cop swaybars, underdrive pulley, 2.73L gears.
waiting for install: 3.27's, Poly bushings, boxed rear arms, 2500 stall converter, ported e7's, etc
