Discoverd it not long ago whenever I get to 60-70mph there is this flapping noise coming from the rear. It gets worse when a crosswind hits the car. Anyone one ever heard of this before?

It's called "ballooning".
The rear bumper cover catches air al highway speeds and balloons out.
But fear not! There is a solution.
I have this on the Marauder.
The ProGuard skid plate. It's essentially a giant piece of plastic that evens out everything under neath the trunk.
