Dashboard clock in 2003 MGM help needed

    Hi,
I had to change my OEM premium radio to a 1-DIN German Radio due to frequency issues here on the other side of the pond.
The good side is that I can now listen to all FM stations here; the downside is that my dash clock went away with the radio.
There is a lot of cheap stuff outta there for dash clocks but I want the true FORD look.

I saw that some 2003 CV/MGM have a wood dash with integrated digital clock which would look fine and original im my MGM.

Has anyone an idea where to get that trim with the clock, maybe used in good condition? I am open for all suggestions....
Or is it possible to just get me the clock and screw it into the existing trim? Maybe the hole for the clock is already premanufactured behind the trim like with the subwoofer hole in the rear deck??

And I need a virtual hand how to remove that dash trim without damaging anything, please.

    Thanks in advance,

    Best,

    JoJo

Try EBAY here in the US. Your car didn't come with the digital clock in the trim molding below the radio? Bobby

No, no clock in the "wood-trim" below the radio. Trim shows the GRAND MARQUIS letters at that place where the clock is positioned in other trims.

So then you'll need to do wiring to make it work. Not sure if it is a 2 or 3 wire set up or not.

Not sure if this will work but you can check it out! It's from a 2000

I'm pretty sure that after 02 there was no longer the stand-alone clock above the HVAC controls. I'm stunned your aftermarket radio doesn't have a clock. I thought they all did.

EDIT: Appears to be 05 and newer. Sorry.

I took a good look at it. It doesn't show any difference between a Crown Vic and a Grand Marq, so I'd bet even money the plug's back there.
