94 Lincoln Towncar

My buddy has a 94 Lincoln Towncar that has a draw on the battery.

We have it narrowed down to the fuse that controls the lights. We have unplugged bulbs and everything and there's still a draw. Give us some ideas on what to check.

It's fuse number 1, it's a 50a fuse. Says lamps beside it.

When you say lights, which lights?
