My 83 Oldsmobile Regency Ninety Eight

Hey guys it's been a long time. Anyways alot has changed. I no longer own a panther. Sold the Lincoln back in the spring so I could buy a '56 Ford 2 door Customline project car. That deal fell through, so it turns out I sold the lincoln for no reason at all.
Anyhow back in january I picked up this 83 Olds for $400 and had it on the road for next to nothing. Its got the 307 with a 4 bbl. great running car. its still a work in progress.

Here it is the day a baught it. Old guy sent it to the wreckers beacuse the Dealership he took it to get work done told him it was junk and sold him a new van. Very little was wrong with this car.

    More recent photos now.
I put two new pasenger doors on it since the other Doors where cover'd in rust blisters.

Also the original rear bumper was in pretty sad shape, but I found this nearly mint one.

    After:

Started some clean up on the Engine and made a duel snorkle air cleaner. Also deleted the A/C

Nice car. Those and the Electras of the era were good cars. Very similar to driving a Panther.

Paint even looks decent yet. Nice find. Those B body cars are not that different than the Panther as far as ride and handling. Chassis is almost the same too.

yea its a quadrajunk, lucky its not a computer command one, and luckly it only bogs on hot days lol. Gonna give that a rebuild soon.
Very simular to a panther. One thing I found is you sit alot lower in the B body.

Great deal! Always liked B bodies and I can only think of one style 98 I didn't like.

Agreed though the seating position is a bit different. Iirc the ride too, not neccessarily better or worse just different.
