    Hey I saw a post on here that someone is wanting to put guages in one of the old box cars and i was wondering how and if its possable to do that to my 92 GM LS??

    Yup, except for the tach you will need a tach converter box.

        I thought only 98+ need tach adapters because of the COP's

          nope, most all 4.6 need them. I think 94? and older have a wire that will work for the lead to the tach but dont hold me to it. adtr.net has tachs and tach adapters along with a sexy pod for the tach to fit in.

            This Tach Adapter allows users to connect a tachometer, shift light, or RPM activated switch to their distributor less ignition system (Including 1999 and newer Ford Mustangs and 98 and newer Crown Vics).

              I know, but I promise you 95+ need them as well, although I belive 94's on down had a wire you could splice on to for the tach.

                On my '93 there is a wire(pin) from the EDIS box that is labeled for tach use. As far as I know there is no box necessary.
                I have a pic but don't know how to attach pics yet.
                1993 GM LS 244K
                29.5mm PI front bar, ENS greaseable bushings, 21mm rear bar, ENS bushings, endlinks. Black steelies, center caps. Stewart-Warner mechanical oil pressure guage. K&N filter

                All airbags are now coils/struts. Junk tranny, motor donor car
