    sway bar interchangability

I am wondering what years are interchangeable when it comes to the rear swaybars. I have a bar on my 1992 that I wouldn't mind putting on my 1991 when i do the gear swap tomorrow. also, I saw some reasonable price rear bars for sale for a 98. I know the chassis's haven't changed much over the years, and I could always just figure it out myself, but someone always seems to know and it saves me from crawling around on my back and crawling under an additional few cars.

i believe teh 92 went with a endlink sway bar where the 91 uses the bar that bolts to the control arm. you can get the 92 to work you just need to get end links and a 3" muffler clamp to attach the sway bar bushings to the axle. JohnnyIROC did this on his yellow convertable vic.

The big issue will be where to mount the endlink to the frame...Probably wouldn't be too hard to fab up, or just cut off a 92 and up frame.

the endlinks just go through a hole in the frame near the springs. If the hole is not there you could just drill the hole out.
