My 96 CV Police Interceptor will need a new intake soon. From what I have read, the Dorman intake is not the best. I was considering a Ford Racing intake. Everything I have found is for the 2001 and newer. Does anyone know the correct part number for my 96? Has anyone had any experiences with the Ford Racing intake ?
From what I have read the PI means Improved Performance. Not Police Interceptor. Which makes it more confusing as I want to get the right one the first time. With the new intake from Ford Racing, what heater core return line do I need to replace it with, the original type or the newer model metal line ?
