99' GMARQ GS. could it be a hpp if it has the hubcap steelies?

There is a 99'Grand Marq GS for sale, and I'm highly doubtful that it could have the "hpp" without the honeycomb 16" alloys , but figure I'll be sure and ask here. No other info. Had a convo over the phone with the lady, and she's not up on her Panther facts (slackin). Could it have the steelies/hubcaps and an hpp package?

In that time frame, I'm 99% sure HPP included the 16" wheels you are referring to.

I think it should also have air suspension if its got the HPP package. Pretty sure they all had the wheels too, though its not impossible that someone replaced them with steelies for unknown reasons.
